从去年国家提出“房子是用来住的而不是用来炒的”这个国家定位后,就注定了房地产真的跟以前大不一样了。“要稳定房地产市场,坚持政策连续性稳定性,加快建立长效机制”、坚持“房子是用来住的,不是用来炒的”定位,更为房地产主基调确立了方向,未来房地产该如何走,也基本定下来了。
